Cutaneous Fibromas found in wild deer

Students from UVa-Wise recently collected this trail cam photo of a deer. According to Virginia State Biologist, Johnny Wills, this deer has what is known as Cutaneous Fibromas.

Estos papilomas a veces no van acompañados de ningún tipo síntoma pero en ocasiones pueden ser dolorosos, algo bastante malo para los ciervos y sobre todo con el peligro de golpes en la herida. Gracias
